EAT PHONO STAGES

 E.A.T. E-GLO

E.A.T. proudly presents the definitive phono stage !

The E-GLO looks and performs like no other, a design so clever and attractive that owners will want to give it pride-of-place in their sound systems.

E-GLO is an elegant masterpiece, both sonically as well as visually.

E.A.T.'s E-Glo is a state-of-the-art phono stage able to extract the ultimate performance from any cartridge it is asked to accommodate.

E-Glo is an all-tube design completely free of semiconductors in its signal path. Its tube complement consists of the classic glassware beloved of audiophiles : four ECC83s and two ECC88s.

 E.A.T. E-GLO  S

The tube-like sound of the E-Glo S phono stage is its most prominent feature. But don’t think for a second that the E-Glo S ever sounded thick or veiled. It was thoroughly musical and readily conveyed subtle cues and details that come together to build a musical performance.

EAT has managed to use vacuum tubes -- that century-old technology -- as the gain devices of a great-sounding, thoroughly modern phono preamplifier.

E-GLO S – is a hybrid phono preamplifier that utIlizes ECC83 tubes (twin triode) in the first and second gain stages.

In order to get higher gain and lower noise we use in the first stage a cascode connection of tube with with two parallelly connected low-noise J-FET transistors.

The advanced power supply uses anode voltage regulation and a well filtered 3-step voltage supply. The result is a perfect S/N ratio.

 E.A.T. E-GLO  PETIT

The Elegant high-end smaller sibling of the award winning E-Glo S!

E-Glo Petit is the small sibling of the highly acclaimed and award winning E-Glo S. With its fully discreet, OpAmp-less design, we were able to achieve an outstanding sound in a small and compact form factor.

Stunning dynamics, a clear midrange and high resolution definition is what makes E-Glo Petit punch way above its weight.

We have put a lot of time and effort in getting the power supply just right for E-Glo Petit, as we believe it is a critical and important part of the signal path. We therefore designed it to be well regulated and filtered.

With very special low noise J-FET transistors of the type 2SK209 in a quad-setup, the E-Glo Petit reached an incredible and unique Signal to Noise Ratio of 87 decibels.

No other tube phono preamplifier on the market even gets near those results !

 E.A.T. LPS  LINEAR POWER SUPPLY

The elegant and "no-compromise" EAT LPS power supply.

We at E.A.T. strongly believe that the power supply is an extremely critical part of signal path and that its quality significantly contributes to the sound quality.

The EAT LPS is dedicated for use with E.A.T. phono stages and turntables.

Full bridge rectifying is used for ultra-fast diodes followed by a 8800uF filtration bank. The voltage regulator is fully discrete. No operational amplifier is used. Voltage reference is TL431.

This results in very low noise and perfect regulation. In many aspects the EAT LPS also out-performs a battery power supply.

Ripple voltage is lower than 1 microvolt ! Voltage accuracy is better than ± 0,05%.

The temperature drift is beyond every level of other standard power supplies.
